Capsure
Capsure is an easy to use Document Capture product managing everything from the moment documents arrive to be scanned through to the point when they are uploaded into a document management system. It is suitable for use within a bureau or office environment and is based around the production line concept of one station, one task for maximum throughput, accuracy and efficiency.
Capsure tasks are separated into Scanning/Importing, Quality Assurance (QA), Indexing, Index QA and Exporting. The work is broken down into deliveries, consignments and batches for easier job processing and management.


Definition of terms:
  • A Project is a capture task requiring identical indices (i.e. Invoices, Personnel Records etc)
  • A Delivery is defined as a group of boxes or folders sent for capture at the same time from the same source.
  • A Consignment is a subsection of these boxes or folders with a common link (i.e. a set of files for one customer)
  • A Batch a further breakdown or logical break and can be a single folder or bundle of documents.
